In addition to their own research, the authors – one a medical doctor, the other a sports writer – have been given Porritt’s extensive unpublished memoirs, and have made maximum use of these in compiling No Ordinary Man. Dunedin College of Education graduatesThe merger of the Dunedin College of Education and the University of Otago was completed in January 2007. Since then the Alumni and Development Office has been working hard to incorporate alumni records received from the Dunedin College of Education. As we amalgamate records, College graduates will begin to receive University of Otago alumni communications such as the magazine and event invitations.
